Adding DVD screens to stock system
I have a 2006 Expedition with DVD from the factory......
Can headrest screens be added to the stock system?
Why/ why not?

Sure they can, all you have to do is get the headrest screens and add the wires.

I just need to get the 2 headrest screens and run the wires to what?

The stock system should have a video output. You connect your other screens to this output and voila.
