I want a screen mounted flush like this guy has it....Anyone know what model screen it is? Basically all I want is a touch screen that is flush like that (for anti-theft reasons). Doesnt need navigation, just needs to be able to show dvd's and such. Any info on this or others similar would be great! Thanks

 

Im not a hundred percent sure but that looks like just a monitor. It has a cd player and maybe it's dvd player as well. It may just have a navigation disk that he runs from the HU. I could be wrong. My guess would be that it's just a monitor and he runs the dvd's, cd's, and navigation from the hu below it.

 

You are probably right, but it is a sweet looking set-up.

 

So where do you get a monitor like that? And how much are they usually?

 

It says it's a 10.4 lcd screen. Whatevery IT is you can find it on ebay

 

So basically i'd just need to get an 8.5" LCD screen, have my head unit be dvd/mp3/cd playback capable and the DVDs and such would then show on the screen?

 

this is what i did it's custom made by me 10.2 screen taken aprt from a flip down unit molded and painted you on the right route in what you want anything can be done

 

Wow that is sick...what things did you have to relocate? How much would it cost u to make me the same kinda thing?

ah i just realized urs is the older model right? I have a 2005....
