Alpine IVA 300/310 and Audiophile.....
Anyone here have the 300/310 hooked up to their Audiophile system? I am eventually going to change the system out w/ Rockford, but I am wondering how the Alpine---or any aftermarket head unit for that matter---sounds with the Audiophile system. Should I stick with the factory 6 disc unit until I can afford to do the whole system or go ahead and go with the head unit?

As many have said the audiophile system will sound much better with an after market head unit. I just installed a Pioneer D2 with my stock audiophile system and was really impressed with the sound quality. It will not make it a booming down the block system.
