Hell I am leaving the night before so I can quick detail in the parking lot.

My truck will look like crap after a 3.5 hour ride. :o

I called Buffalo Trace this morning and confirmed that they do have tours on Saturday, Feb. 4th from 10 AM to 3 PM. They request that we try to give them a head count so that they will have adequate tour staff present to accomodate our group. We can meet in the parking lot or in the gallery area just outside the gift shop to socialize and wait for everyone to arrive. If we arrive at 11 AM, we can catch the 12 PM tour and then go to lunch afterwards. Please post any questions and I will attempt to answer them.

BIG BLUE and ROCKPICK, if they are going to meet at 11:00 at we better move our meeting time up at the rest area. Say 10:30a.m. ???? That will still give us a half hour to get there with a 1hr buffer if we run late. Just let me know doesnt matter to me.
Since RED LARIAT is coming in the night before, we could crash his hotel room and order room service for breakfast!!

RP, always glad to help. The last tour at Woodford Reserve is 3PM on Saturdays and they charge $5 per person if anyone is interested in doing that one after lunch. It is located about 5 minutes out of Frankfort.

I was put on notice that my in-law's anniversary party is on Feb. 4th. I'm working to see what can be done but, it's not looking good guys...

Tell them its bad luck to have an anniversarry party the day before
the SuperBowl. If they dont go for that, then they will just have to
