Interesting. We're also on Shelbyville Rd. but on the opposite end nearest Trinity HS.

Down by the Jag dealer? I used to take my XJ into Tom Payette (SP) for service.

I lived in/near Columbus for 5 years, and recently moved back to the Indianapolis area - Mooresville actually.

Indy Resident

I work in Plainfield. Live on S.W. side of town, about 2 miles directly S. of IMS. I have been a member on this teriffic site when it had less than 3,000 members. Amazing how much We have grown the best site for the best selling consumer vehicle in the world.

Translation:
If anyone from this awesome site is ever in town for one of Indy's premier racing events, I will let you park in my front yard for free. If nothing else, I'll **** off my neighbors that charge $10 to park in their yard.

Where do work in good ol' P-field? My wife and I both graduated from PHS, and are obviously still in the area.

P.S. Watch out for the motorcycle cops by the high school and on Avon Ave. at the abandoned rail line overpass

You say that as if you've had personal experience with them...

BTW, how's the new job?

Actually, I haven't. My wife's Grandpa got nailed in front of the high school and went to court to fight it. There were so many people there the judge told everyone if they wanted to pay their tickets and not go to court, the fines were reduced by half. But, in a school zone the fines are doubled anyway - and traffic school is mandatory .

He paid his fine and now has to go to traffic school - the funny part is he drove a school bus for Plainfield for something like 40 years! (I told him he should drive a school bus to traffic school)

And I have friend on Plainfield PD that warned me about their hiding spots

Job is going OK - we're a little slow right now, but I think things will pick up as we diversify away from USTs (which is why I was brought onboard).

Are you needing a boat to get around Louisville, yet?

Man.. it's insane. Flood warnings are out everywhere. I'm pretty sure that Noah is building an arc nearby.

LFI is moving to a new, larger office over the next couple of days so, instead of Title V and Probes, I'm moving desks. Fun fun fun. Then, Saturday, I'll be in all day pulling wires and setting up the network... just how I wanted to spend my weekend.

Sounds like things at LFI are going good. First a new web page, and now a new office. By the way, what did you do to get your picture taken down?

You may be moving desks, but at least you're not out in the field!

It's crazy up here, too - flood warnings everywhere, and an ice storm warning for tonight...

I'm very thankful that I'm not standing at the rear bumper of a CME-55 or behind that damn 6610 Probe...

Don't ask about the picture.
