More on Cubbyholes
I read all of the posts about finding new cubbyholes in the Blackwood. Now I have a question about one of the more noticeable ones.
A few days ago I noticed that the lid for the right hand cubbyhole in the storage compartment ('trunk') was not latching correctly. It was still closing and would stay shut, but the lock catch was not meeting the latch plate. On further inspection, I found that the whole lid was misaligned in the opening.
Has anyone else had this problem?
I can only assume that we must have closed the tonneau when the lid was open although I do not remember this happening. The clearances are pretty close, but they look okay. Maybe the clearance was just a little too tight.
