A pic of a Sonic Blue would make a whole lot of us happy. I am real curious as to how that looks on the L.

A brand new L would be nice, but after all the mods I've got on my 2000, I think I'm gonna keep my baby 4 a couple more years. That should be when they're supposed to have that new 500 horse beast. Hopefully they'll make it durable as well as strong, John H.

I am so waiting for mine as well rocks. Can't wait to get it. In the mean time I am having to drive true RICE. 1991 Nissan 240 SX or what ever the hell it is. I do know this. It is way too small way to slow. The only thing good about it is that it is cheap on gas and is FREEE!!! Oh the day my new Lightning comes in. Oh did I mention that I can't wait.

 

Did I mention I was ready for My L to get here?

The waiting is the hardest part. I was fine a month ago with waiting until January if I had to. But then my salesman called and told me it was built. Suddenly I can't sleep, work or even play without longing for my L.

So, what is your build date and what color did you order?

Hey I know what you mean about the wait. The only thing I know about a build date is what the guy on here told me when I gave him my vin the same time you gave yours to him. He said it was 12-30. But my dealer has not let me know anything yet.

Hopefully I will know for sure shortly.

I don't notice anything different about the steering wheel?

 

The only thing I noticed that was different from my 2000 I had was that the steering wheel cover was perforated leather grip. I guess i said that right.
I thought it was going to have a colored ford logo on the steering wheel. Guess that went to the same place as the pedals. OH THE PEDALS DON/t EVEN GET ME STARTED ON THE PEDALS. Can you tell I really was looking forward to the pedals.

Superfords get a 03 Sonic Blue L?? Post some pic's. I have a Sonic Blue 03 on order at my local dealer, but I don't have to take it, IF I decide to keep my Red 01 L.
Need some extra time to take off the mod's on the 01..lol

 

At least when I wake up tomorrow morning I will be like 10 hours closer to getting my L. Can you tell I am really looking forward to getting the black beauty?

 

The guy here that got one also has a red 02. I have not seen the truck or been able to get with him over the weekend. He has about 20 cars so this is just another toy. He brought me the Red 02 in June with a Bed full of parts and only 600miles on the OD. That truck is his sons now.... Cant wait to see how the SOnic Blue looks....

Chris ordered a Sonic Blue and a Red one. I want to see a Sonic Blue in person before I decide. I don't know, Red looks pretty good...
