problems..........

with my truck. The truck stutters on light
acceleration around the 30mph range. I won't
feel it on decceleration or on WOT. And now the
S.E.S light is on. The fuel filter was changed.
I have been running a 2lb upper with no chip, ready to add a whole lot of mods. Any input
would help. I would like to fix it myself if it
is an easy fix.

Thanks,
Scott

Plugs? How many miles? I ran a 2lb. for 25k with no other mods and the stock plugs looked near perfect. I always run 93 octane and live at sea level, fwiw.

I just put in denso IT20s in Sept.. The truck
ran great until now. My truck has 36,000 miles
on it. 2,000 on the plugs.

Improperly gapped gapped plugs or a vacuum leak could cause the misfiring you are getting.

Also look at the line/tube that crosses over the EGR valve/pipe and make sure it hasn't melted.
