Well let me say were not doing too well in that area right now. Great subject at a perfect time. A lot of our problems right now is spending too much time with the Lightning thing. She says I rub on the truck more then I do her. Well the truck needs a waxing once or twice a week, and dusted everyday. Is that obsession? No! Its a Lightning! I think if she went the 1/4 mile in the truck she would be out there helping me wax it. It makes me want a beer!

I guess I'm one of the fortunate ones as well. My wife and I have been together for over 10 yrs(I'm 35) so she is pretty much used to me and my "hobby". Her and my daughter(10) always go to the track with me. They also attend all the races I go to in the summer. She know EVERY X-mas and B-day present will be something to make whatever vechile I have at the time go faster. But the best part of all is she never asks to drive the L

I'll have to admit, my wife is very cool w/ my mods. I use money that I make on the side and never take any out of our "living" expenses. I am pretty lucky to have a wife who supports my hobby. Although, there are times when she gets tired of me talking and thinking about the truck.

Man I thought I was the only one who broke up with his women for the truck, HEHEHEHEH.

Kristen doesn't care to much, but the last few did.

April got jealous of the time I spent with the truck
kim told me i loved my truck more then her
Jenny always wanted to help me work on me truck (total turn off, she had to go)
Angela Hated trucks, she had to go HEHEHEHEHEHE.
Gina loved it one day and then hated it the next, but she was loose in the head to I think, HEHEHEHEHEHE.

Thank you god for Kristen, she wants me to save but she doesn't get to pissy. She's actually been good for me cause I needed to slow down and for the first time I do have a girl more important then my truck. She's the most inmportant thing in my life.

When my wife asks why I am spending time and or money on the Lightning or my Ducati. I ask her if she would prefer me spending my spare having drinks "with the boys" at the local honky-tonk.

My wife (of 27 years) is very cool also. She enjoys the truck and the need for speed as much as I. In fact as a present recently, Sandi is footing the bill for a set of traction bars.
I consider myself a very lucky man.

Thumbs up

I usually do them, then ride out the storm It doesn't last that long, and she tells me how good the truck looks the next time we ride in it together. I only spend "my" money for anything done to the truck, and she'll even pitch in $$ or suggest a mod sometimes! I'll ask her about a mod, and she'll give an honest answer. I surprised her with the painted dash parts, and she loved it. Go figure! The only thing she doesn't really get is the stereo. I spend more time with the interior pulled apart, than I do driving it, she says. Truth be told, she lets me do anthing I want to the truck without complaining much. She's a keeper for sure!! ,,,,98

My gf actually approves of my addiction for fast vehicles!
She's hooked on motorcycles, and she also likes fast/classic cars too...I'm planning on getting a Z06 this summer, and she's all for it so far. Gotta love it!
