Here are some numbers. All lower pullies are not created equal also meaning that a 4 lb from one vendor might be a little bigger/smaller fron another...

2---8.00"
4---8.45"
6---9.00"
8--10.00"

Ken, the JL 8# pulley I just received is 9 5/8 inches outside measurement. Hope this helps!!!
