Does this mystyrious Frisco dealership have a first name that starts with a B and ends with an N. When I bought my L there a year ago they had 10 L"s on the lot, and still would"nt deal. Doubt that I"ll buy my 06 L from them.

That be the one...LOL. Funny little story behind my first encounter with them.
When I bought my brand new 1997 Ford Lariat Long Bed Super Cab in 1997, I went to them as one of the dealers to choose from.
The salesman there informed me that it wasn't worth his time to sell me a truck if all he could make was 90 bucks commission. I looked behind me at the 8 or 10 salesmen standing in a circle jerk with no customers and told him that i needed to leave.
They'll never know how big a mistake that was. I now own a business and need Ford vans and pick ups for my fleet. I only buy new...need the dependability.
So far that's about 12 truck sales they don't need + the L I just bought. Buying 2 more in the spring. But like the salesman said...it's not worth my time....LMAO.

The Frisco dealership fired my saleswoman soon after they agreed to order me a 03 L for x plan, they lost my file and doposit, did not return my calls, and when I go to talk to the GM he is mysteriously out and I get the sales manager who says that he will take care of everything and call me with some information the next day. The next day, no call, he will not take my calls, will not return my calls, the cycle starts all over.
I would hate to see how they would treat me if I went in for warranty work.
And all of this is after I made an inquiry on one of the auto price quoting sites and the dealership called me to get me to come in. I should send an e-mail to the referring site detailing my pleasant buying experience.

I just thought of something. Would it be funny to print and fax this thread to them. Just in the few posts on this thread they have pizzed away about 20 sales.

Ahhh the old Frisco Ford dealer is up to their old tricks still I see. I was in the market for an 01 about a year ago. Well I went to see their "SVT Specialist" and told him I wanted an 01 on X plan. He practically laughed me out of the store. I tried back two more times and got the same results each time. Well I decided that they wouldn't budge so I got on the phone and in no time I had my 01 L on order from North Central Ford for X plan who treated me very well. I took my truck back to that so called SVT Specialist and said "Hey Bill, you like my new 01?" Bill: "Uh what where uh did you get that here?" Me:"Nah I got it a North Central Ford" Bill:"What did you do that for??!!" Me:"Bill, I tried to get X plan from you 3 times and you laughed at me, well North Central Ford didn't laugh, see ya later Bill!" I cant begin to tell you how many sales that dealership has lost because of their stupidity and arrogance. Their service department used to be the place to go but they are going down hill fast in that department too. Oh well.
