Shot a rod through my oil pan....

I was cruisin at like 85 then i got on it and I hear something bouncin around under my truck and my truck cuts off. I roll to a stop and there is smoke everywhere, then I walk to the passengers side and there is a one foot flame shooting out of my exhaust......then today I got under my truck and there is a whole in my oil pan.........well I am taking it to ford tommorow after i take my chip off and switch my 6lber back to stock(is there any other way they could find out i moded my truck so they can void the warrenty)...thanks jason

Well it doesn't really matter if you remove the chip.......as soon as Ford see's the cleaned PCM contacts they will know it was chipped.

Best of luck getting it fixed.

If you're gonna blow it up, then you might as well do it in style.

If you wanna play, you gotta pay. I don't understand why you would try to stick Ford with the repair bill when it was YOU, not Ford, that blew it up. Ah well....

Where can I get the crap that was on the PCM contacts, so they wont know it has been chipped.

You play, you pay my ***! Hell yes you should try to get it fixed under warantee!!!

Get some chrome colored model paint from the hobby store and carefully paint the contacts with a small brush. Buy some stuff called comformal coating and brush it on the contacts. Do everything you can to make sure your truck looks stock and you will have less chance of getting it voided.

Word of advice though........dont give too much information here. Certain dealers have been known to troll the boards.

JRocks e-mail me and I'll tell you what you have to do. Even if you fix the pcm Ford will still know about the mods. I have a failsafe way for you to get a new motor..I hope all the tree hugging play you pay yo yo's jump on this cause I love it..
