How to lubricate heim joints?

I am installing a Ruslow panhard and So-Cal adjustable rear anti-sway bar end links. Each has heim joints. What is the recommended lubricant and procedure for applying?

Thanks

I would take them out after every couple of races (every race on the team car....when I was working on a team 10yrs ago) and clean them w/mild solvents. Then re-lubricate w/marvels mystery oil. On the team car they were expendable and just replaced. They could afford it.
On a street application, depending on how **** you are (no insinuation meant) and what kindof driving, maybe once or twice a year.

What about packing them with regular wheel bearing grease? Won't that last longer than Mystery Oil?

You should use a lite weight oil because they will collect dirt and that will ruin them I use 'seals it' should be on the one end of the bar the other is protected so it is not required.Stan
