Where would be the best place to work on my L? Plan on getting some type of chip and pulley and getting it tuned the right way. Would a Ford Dealership do a good job or where?

if i was in your location i'd go to JDM. dont go to a dealership...they'll rip you off and if you're not lucky..they'll break something..
