Idler pullies.

Well i just found out that what is making all the noise under my hood are the idler pulleys. When i spray some WD-40 on them the noise stops completely. What do i do? Do i get them replaced and how much does that run? Or is there a way to stop them from squeeking. Truck only has 26,000 miles on it, but i have a 4# pulley which is stopping me from taking it in.
