Finally I have my dream truck!
After a year of searching & planning I was in Florida in September & bought my Lightning (True Blue '02 VIN A54995). It has taken more than two months & $10,000 to get it released from customs here but it was worth it.
I have been reading these forums for over a year now but didn't want to post until the L was mine.
There is only one other Lightning here at the moment and one on the way, so they are a pretty rare sight.
Best time so far (by the 2000) is 13.00 flat but this is enough to see off the M5/Lexus brigade. Can't wait to test mine at the local strip before making any mods.
Anyway just wanted to introduce myself & look forward to more posts soon.
