Replacing intercooler coolant?

I want to change the coolant in my intercooler system and would like to know the best way to do that.
I noticed a drain valve on the intercooler radiator under the front of the truck. Is there more to it other than just draining it from there.
Also do I go back in with 50/50 coolant to water.
Thanks in advance

Yep, just loosen the drain petc0ck. It takes a little while and there will be still some in the pump and lines unless you start the eng. and let it pump out. Don't burn up the pump. I put 40below and water in mine but 50/50 coolant and water would be good for cold climes.

Make sure if you go with the Ford coolant, to use the green stuff not the orange extended life coolant.
