but alas, sorry about the stereotype.

well im not one to start up a fight, but for one : your list of mods - any of us could lie about them, i could go on and say:

i have: 4lb upper, 6lb lower, chip, JDM Filter, traction bars, my truck gutted to save weight, big ole slicks.

see, and know one would really know if i had that stuff or not. but i dont have to lie, all i have done is the Air box mod w/ K&N, some bling bling mods, and a couple Stereo mods, and a lowering job. so thats my perspective on that.

and then the guy that said you have to be in a "Click" to be heard. well thats not true, i was a newbie, and still kinda am, no one really knows me that well, but im trying to get myself known. theres been plenty of times i'll post something for help or whatever. and people like RTKILLA, VINNIE, BLOWN318, etc etc. (sorry if i forgot anybody) harley and all you other cool guys. so i get help, and the only time i dont get help is when it is a stupid ? or no one really has a good answer. i never think, "oh they just dont want to help me" no maybe no one has had experience with it or maybe the guy that did, is not online, and wont be till tomorrow.......

my final thought (jerry springer style)

chill out man, and yeah these guys got on your case, but you just threw some gas on the fire. were all here for friendship, help, and support.

see ya around.

if you saidyou had a 4lb upper i would laugh you straight outta this forum.
its simple: you can lie about your mods if you're good and know what you're talking about and get away with it. however, if i asked you to post a pic...you better not be scouring svtperformance and nloc and ****** for a picture of SOMEONE ELSE'S lightning because chances are someone would recognize your big crock pot fulla sh*t

Thanks Vinnie... Riding is for sure one of my top favorite things to do, but since Will was born this is now where I am at my best. Being a father is so great, I never thought it would be this good or I wouldn't have waited so long.

cyntaxx,
I am old, don't let the pictures fool you..

Joe,
Thanks man, The bars will be removable athough I will most likely leave them in most of the time. But I still need to take my bed off to do the Sliders and panhard bar that I got off of RUSLOW. If it were all welded I would have to cut them out to do what I need and then reweld them, so it works out great for me this way.
