Ford Motorsports lowering kit available from Down's Ford. Any comments on this product??? Anybody out there installed them? I'm thinking about lowering my '02 L and like the spec's on these. Web site:

Is that the $175 30mm one on the Lightning Parts
page? Sounds to cheap to be good, but who knows
without a detail list or picture.

I believe this is the FRPP kit, or the Ground Force kit you've probably heard about. I have it on mine, you can check my gallery for pics. www.truckperformance.com has the same kit for $130, thats where i got mine.

i have the same kit on mine and don't like it. go Eibach front coils with rear shackles - you will be very happy.

eibach coils might be fine for putzing around town or drag racing but they ARE NOT appropriate in corner carving scenarios (unless you prefer A LOT of understeer)

JMHO though.

Ruslow has the goodies.
