Ranger MTX sub box in a Lightning?

I know that MTX makes a double enclosure for our trucks. However, I have a single JL Audio 10w6 subwoofer and I want an enclosure that can fit behind my seat. I went to Best Buy today and tried to fit one of their generic Q-Logic 10" truck boxes, and I had to have the seat too far forward. So, I noticed that MTX makes a box that fits in a Ranger. Has anyone tried to fit this box in a Lightning?

cheap bass

My local Circuit City had a grey one they were trying to sell for $100. I almost bought it to put in in my Lightning but I insisted that they hook it up before I paid for it. I was very disappointed in the amount of bass it put out. I guess you could switch subs and add an external amp and maybe get it to sound better. But I decided to order the MTX Thunderforms specifically for the L.

Yah, I will put my JL sub in there in place of theirs. Did you put the box in your truck to see if it would even fit? I suspect that it will fit, but the center console won't be able to pivot up.
