I don't know why anyone would like to embarrass themselves with simple Character Assassination. It is made worse when those who post based upon what they have read and not their own personal experiences.

Let's go back to People helping People and disregard the B.S.

Might I offer some friendly advice and make a quick suggestion to whoever owns that domain.

If you have not already, make sure that you legally disclaim any and all personal ownership for that site as soon as possible. If it becomes successful, you will leave yourself wide open to lawsuits from vendors that get denegrated on the site and losing your house, truck and salary is simply not worth it.

Thumbs down

I personally think it's a waste of bandwidth. I think a lot of people just don't have the ball$ to resolve problems one on one so it's a lot easier for them to trash people online. I saw this first hand at the FFW events. Board members that hate and despise JDM but when they had the opportunity to air out grievences and confront Jim face to face none of them even came up to the guy. I don't respect people like that. But that's just me.

Everyone seems to give their opinion on just about everything else that they buy for their L's so God forbid they would ever have anything negitive to say about lifes experiences with any tuner.. Especially for a product that is flawed or money that is taken WAY before delivery is made..What the heck nobody is perfect right? I think a tuner should have a chance to make something right before their business is negativly impacted but that experience can still be made public right? This is America and most times people can express their views. If there seems to be a pattern in anything from a public posting then one might conclude that a potential problem could exist.. Heck how many people here use the search engine to determine what they want to buy on any particular product..If they see enough positive or negitive posts that could sway their decision making.....that is also called word of mouth advertising..I know I have seen many things posted here that have made me choose one product over another. I think some people also call it research.. To me it's all info that is bad or good and should be available to those who wish to see it. Those who don't can not look at or read the info..:-)

My thoughts were, that yes this might be a better place to post your thoughs, BUT 99% of the time they are not reguarded as an appropriate post, and as such these forums might be a good place to vent.

It also might keep many of these threads here on topic, and troublefree. If you wish to gripe do so where its appreciated and remember to keep it on topic. Your experiances, your dealings, the tuners recourse and solving the problem. Keeping it in that manner should provide good information for future buyers, much like the BBB, to which not many of the tuners are members of.

My thought also. Sad to say it will take a law suite to shut some of these people up especially the one who started this thread.

That is the exact opposite to what these is supposed to encourage,

The site is not there for BASHING, its there for personal experience.

I am curious to why you think svt_ky should not be unhappy in reguards to the treatment he recieved and also why he should encounter a lawsuit in reguards to his statments that were 100% true. I am not going to get in the middle of it, just saying maybe you should provide your positive experience in relation to your tuner, rather than nitpick on one user. Your experience is welcomed in reguards to your tuner. Your bashing in relation to one user is not.

John, I had better hopes for you, really ... There will
never be a lawsuit because you cannot sue someone
that is telling the truth. Simple as that. The better
way by far, would have been for Jim to keep his word
with me, but that was not to be ... so be it ... I will
not be the first OR the last. Too bad you can't see
that.

Best regards to Sue and yourself ...
