A/F

A tuner who sells you a mail order chip filter and pulley, should be able to quote the A/F at any given RPM. If you mod any after that, all bets are Off.

I dont know what air fuel ratio it converts to but I checked the O2 voltage with my autotap
side 1 = .900 volts
side 2 = .950 volts
with an 8# pulley
the voltage was steady for the entire pass and no detonation

I have had my chip reburned several times because i wanted to get more and then more out of my truck even though JDM warned me not to.......Little test here! I ran my truck at the local 1/8 mile track......I had 5 JDM tuned superchips 4 of which were for my truck.....the other for a good customer of mine. I made 30+passes on nitrous and no problems on any of the 5 programmed chips.......The chip i ran my best ET on wasnt programmed for my truck......ran his chip on nitrous (his truck not having nitrous) I sent the chip directly to him without changes and it detonates on him...No NOS .......It was just the chance i took.....If you are willing to take chances and try to pull out "just one more tenth" then you should be willing to take the punishment if it happens.....All this BS bout autotap is nonsense! If you believe autotap then you might as well just buy a chip from the classifieds that matches your box code and run the crap out of it.....Autotap is totally a bunch of garbage !
