The Volant has an 80mm opening on the intake duct. Any air filter kit would have given you a similar improvement. The Volant kit sucks. That may be different for those who have a '99-'00 L, for which it was designed. They are coming out with a different kit for the '02 that will work for the models with a 90mm MAF. I don't know when it will actually be out though.
