Why bother with eps, EEither go with a .jpg or a .psp file.
and if anyone happens to need photoshop 7 just mail me I'll see how I could help tell you how to obtain such a program. Of course unless u wrather drive to a computer store instead.
beef how many times u work out a week? :P
PS: is this lightning board turning into a freebie graphics resource? lol

That's what I did with the logo that I made above. File>Export>JPEG Optimizer>Save.
What I think Beefcake needs is the raw file for a graphics company to work with. Most won't or can't use jpg's of gif's.

He needs a vector graphic (Illustrator, EPS, Corel, Freehand, etc)to send for printing/publishing. They won't accept a raster-based graphic (Tiff, bmp, jpg, gif, tga, etc.) unless it is of very high resolution (300-600 dpi). Without knowing what Beefcake intends to use the logo for, it's hard to determine if recreating a large, hi-res raster image will suffice, or if the logo needs to be completely recreated in a vector drawing program (which can scale infinitely). But before that is decided, looks like he may be updating his logo design altogether - so let's let him pick something he likes first before anyone converts the logo into the final format he needs. Lot of good ideas here!
