RTKILLA,

It is a real pain... especially when it rains.
I always have grass on my floormats.
A sacrifice I made to live on waterfront (10 minute boat ride to the Gulf of Mexico).
-Pic of my boat, which is now on the canal behind the house!

We plan to add on/rebuild (bedrooms, garage, driveway) when the wife finishes Grad school.

Where in Florida are you at? I lived in Port Charlotte and kept moving north... Venice, then Sarasota, then Palm Harbor (North of Clearwater).

But I didn't learn to stop when the stopping was good... about a year ago I moved to Memphis. Man I miss Florida.

I'm in Bonita Springs... I bought my L at Port Charlotte Ford. I moved down from Long Island NY 11 years ago... I don't miss the north at all.
