Question 28-10-16 Hoosier Slicks

So who has em and do you like them>??? Truck goes to Jersey Friday for some "fine tuning" to try and get the sled to run what it should. I plan on going to E-town when I pick it up on Saturday. I am looking to buy some AR Baja's 16x8 with the Hoosiers and want to know if it is worth it or not. I run the 555R's now and am getting 1.7X sixty foots but I don't think they will get me where I wanna be so here I am. Also anyone run the Baja's how do they look>??? Thanks in advance to anyone who can help me. -Mat-

I have them and like them. They are very happy on 16x10 wheel. I have had a best 60ft of 1.73 with stock converter & 3.55 gears. Keep in mind the track uses no VHT none nada not even a drop. They would be even better with 3.73 or 4.10 gears.

I have them also and had to screw them to the rims, 15pis and I spun the wheel 180 degrees, so I screwed them down.

I had the same problem.... I think it might have been a freak accident cause it only happened once but I said screw it.... No pun intended!!

I run my hossiers on a 8 inch rim and I love them...
