Update on my stolen L

First, thanks for all the replies yesterday. I got called out just after posting it, and was unable to answer any questions. When I went to the shop to have a look at my baby, first thing the owner said, was "you must have left the keys in it". But I didn't. I have my set, and one in my safe. He was blown away. He has phoned the owner of a Ford dealership, headquaters etc...all saying the same thing, the immobilizer could not be compromised. In fact he showed me, that when he tried starting it with the ignition punched(he used a screwdriver) that the L just turned over...thus the immobilizer at work. He did say though, that there is program that could be plugged into a computer on the truck that would trick the immobilzer into thinking that the key was in it. SCARY!!!!! Anyway, wanted to give an update. Will have my baby back next week. Ford is sending a rep over to check it all out and will update if anything new is said.
