help with superchips

help with superchips

i just bought a superchip from a guy and on the back it says EKO1 3949 E2F and it is burnt for a 6lber my code is CXN1 how do I know if it will work with my truc or do I have to get it reburned to CXN1......thanks jason

CXN1 is for a '99. what year is your truck? The computer code for your truck is on the inside front of the passenger door. There is a sticker that says CXN1(99), CXN2('00) etc....JR

mine is a 2001 and its computer code is CXN1 and I just wanted to know is there a way to find out if it will work for my truck.

Best and safest thing to do would be to get it reburnt for your truck and your mods.

EKO1 is for an 02 Harley Davidson.

Exactly... It would suck to blow your engine later on and find that you coulda spent the few bucks to get the chip reprogrammed, rather than spend quite a few bucks for a brand new block!
