the local ford parts counter here has them for $130 with a $75 dollar core charge that you get back when you return another MAF (ie. your old 80mm unit)
the rubber boot is $30.

I've got my new 90mm already and intake boot. I was just making certain before I installed it. And yes they are Ford OEM parts.

FYI...... The part # on the meter itself is not 1L3Z-12B579AA, actually that is the box part #. The number on the meter is 1L3F-12B579AB. Stock part number vs. engineering part number. After some calling around this was sorted out.
