How to remove small scratches

Anybody have any recommendations. I have a few small scratches on my drivers side mirror on the painted part i would like to remove. what is the best cover up or fix? I dont know how they got there but i am pissed. Thanks.

they are a seperate ford issue part,,, I think about $80 painted I beleive.

High speed buffer will heat the paint enough to pull it into the scratches.Find someone with lots of experience.Its very easy to burn it if you dont know what youre doing.Most high dollar detail shops have a guy thats good at it.If they are very small,use glaze to fill them in and then wax over it.

If they are not deep, use 3M HAND GLAZE.

If you can feel the scratch with your nail, it will most likely need to be touched up. If you can't feel it, just buff it out.

Do a search, TampaSVT did a great thread on this.
