regular Rubbing Alcohol will take it right off....

aww hell just getcha some paint stripper and a hunk of steel wool. It'll take any dam thing off!
























im just kidding--rubbing alcohol will work saftly

No kidding but WD-40 works even better than bug and tar remover. It does not hurt the paint. Just put it on a rag and dab it several times. You will see the pitch start to lift. Resist any serious scrubbing. Re-wax afterwards. Used it for years on my black Mustang and black SD F-250. If it is a really big lump then shave off some with a razor. You don't have to do this, but it will save some time. Good luck.
