That being said, if you wanted to add a powercooler that you can add ice to, to further reduce the temp of the liquid in the intercooler, that would be the way to go

The factory heat exchanger could be improved by punching holes throught the closed left and right side of the plastic factory lower grilling, widening the lower exchange, and creating a duel staged intercooler between the frame beams.
Kind of like this from the top side
