Wiring a switch for the Intercooler Pump....
I'm working on wiring up a switch to turn on my intercooler pump when the truck is not running, but I'm not sure which wire to tap into from the PCM connector. I did a search on the forum, and I've seen some people say it's the white/orange stripe wire, and others say that it's the white/pink stripe wire. So, which one is it? This is for an '02 if that makes any difference. Thanks for the help guys.

You could just tap into the pump itself. It is the whiteish wire. Kinda looks really really light tan I guess. Then run a side of a toggle switch to a ground and the other lead to a power source.............voila

It will be like putting a wrench on both battery terminals, right?

Standard toggle switch has 3 prongs:
Prong 1 goes to accessory
Prong 2 goes to ground
Prong 3 goes to power

On 2 wire system...
Simple switches are designed to break a single circuit. It either completes the postive circuit or the ground. ( not both ) You have both positive and negative side to the pump - If you interrupt either side ( with switch ) it stops the pump.
In other words find the ground side of the Pump wiriing and hook a switch to a chassis ground and the ground side of the pump wiring if it is all done correctly you flip the switch and the ground completes the circuit turns on the pump... Assuming the pump has 12v all the time....
Use at your own risk

Joe - the power side of a simple toggle would only be used if the switch were lighted... You would need power and ground for the light on the switch. Whether you used accessory or constant 12v power would depend on when you wanted the light on the switch active. Only with key on or all the time
Hooking one side of a SPST switch to positive and the other side to ground is a good way to blow a fuse or start a fire. It is a direct short...
