? about repica rims

I was looking though a Trucking magazine and came across a Classic Motorsports add. I showed lightning repicas for 18, and 20 inchers. They gave a choice of chrome or silver. I;m asking if silver would be like the polished alumin we get on our stock Lightning rim.

Any replies would help, thanks.

Mike

The stock rims are silver like the replica's. If you polsihed the silver ones you would get the polished look also.

I would rather get the chrome though and not waste more money polishing.

I got the first batch of 20" replica's from classic motorsports along time ago and there nice rims. They still look incredible and the chrome is in near perfect shape after 10K miles.

hm... I always thought that Lightning stock rims were polished, unless I read your post worng you said that they were not. I'd rather not go with chrome because I have a silver L, and I like the way it looks right now with the stock rims, but I just wana go big. 20 inch chrome is just a little too much "BLING" for me.

I have no Idea,

from what I got mine for, the 18's should be closer to the $200 mark, and 20's around the $300.

Call them, and they will get it all figured out.
