HELP! missing vac tube

just looked under hood and found a disconected/broken vac tube. it's the one that comes from the air inlet tube, just before the throttle body, on the bottom(theres two coming from the same spot, one big one small, the one that im talking about is the small one). it runs towards the firewall alongside the blower. it is disconnected, actually broked, on the end of the vac tube theres a 90 degree elbow that connected somewhere, the piece where it connected to is still in the elbow, can someone please look under their hood and see where this vac hose is supposed to connect to.

If it the one I am thinking of, the small one between the two big tubes on the intake boot.

Then it goes to the boost bi pass actuator on the side of the blower.

yeah thats the one, just found it, there was a little extension coming off the back of the actuater, well the extension is gone now so i cant really reattach the vac tube. do i need this can i plug it up? i have no idea when it happened, if it happened when i did my boost bypass then its been like that for a couple of months, i went to the track a couple days ago no problems and my boost bypass still works. should i try to repair this? get a new one?

it doesnt look like it serves any purpose, even if its under vaccume the tube goes into the air intake hose, so being disconnected probably wont do anything, it will just suck in air from the the engine bay instead of the intake hose, ill try fix it anyways, but theres no way to attach the hose back onto the actuator b/c the extension broke off flush with it(the actuator body)..thanks for the tips
