eagle alloy 16x10 #085

i got them for $110 (with tax) for each rim, open end lugnuts, mounting, and balancing. they were blemished. (small scratches/pits/ect) nothing psychically wrong with them.

Brooks if the E.T. streets are working for you then stick with them bro.

A 28" slick will slow you down about 2 tenths unless you do a new gear in the back.

Thanks my next mod

Me too!Just picked up my Hoosiers & wheels.I'll give 'em a try tomorrow nite. It's still 100*+ here so i'm not expecting too much.
I am adding a Powercooler tomorrow also,so that may offset some of the heat.
I did notice the Hoosiers and new Alloy wheels seemed pretty light as compared to my stock wheels or the ET Streets on steel wheels.

alright.. that night sucked for racing.. i was about to leave & looked down & saw a nail sticking out of my front tire, so i had to go get it patched. then 2 people got killed in a big wreck on the exit i was supposed to take, so i had to go around.. but, i met up with a fellow lightning owner at his restaurant. he just got his shelby cobra replicar out of the paint booth... sweet!

anyway.. i only got 2 runs in, and they were 1.9X 60' (15psi.. is this the optional pressure?)
the tires spun on the rims, so i guess i need to screw them down now..
anyone know how to do that? and what screws to use? i don't want to "screw" this up.. lol

Brooks the tires will stop spinning after a few more runs

Jegs sells a rim screw kit made by Moroso. It has enough for eight screws on both sides of both rims, and comes with a drill bit also.

Cloentek,I ran mine 1st time out @ 22psi.Reccomended by a guy also running them on the same track who ran a 1.70 60'just in front of me.
I ran 12.79 @ 106 with a 1.79 60'.85* @ 1450 elev.Seems like too much air to me ,but it worked!!
