Well unfortuntely last weekend some loser decided he wanted my "Lightning" badges and apparently used a screw driver to rip them off. This of course left me with some scratches

What's the best way to fix these? I know there are the the color car waxes, the small "fingernail polish" style applicators, and so forth...but I want to make sure I do this the right way and not some temporary fix. Especially with winter (aka road salt) coming up soon.
