With 2 12's you just won't get the high-pitced bass you get from the 10's. Also, good luck finding a sub that will have enough space to work behind our seats...

I believe that blaupunkt (probably wrong) has just introduced a sub that is less than 1 inch thick! Its a 12 inch sub that needs close to no room to move air around, the mounting deph is amazing. I wish I could remember where I read it, I think its 300 watts rms, when tested it sounded just as good as a full size 12 inch sub, so if you want the 2 12's do a search online for those!

Upon further research, it is blaupunkt, they are called the overdrive saucer subwoofer. They range at about 250 a piece and come in at 400 and 500 watt's respectively. They actually come in 10, 12, and 15 inch sizes ranging from 200 for the 10's, 400 for the 12's, and 500 for the 15's rms! They range betwen 230 and 350 a piece, not bad for the technology. click for more info

thats one hell of a setup for a single cab truck, you get a lot of air movement with that seats far back?

Those Blaus are 3" deep for the 12" which is the same as the Illusions. I'm planning a single 12" for my truck when it gets in although that may change to a single 15".

BUt those are Solo Baric L5's! Those would account to 3+ Normal 12"s like Kicker Comp VR 12"s EACH. Those subs rule, let me tell u! They are like 750 watts each, Dual voice coil.
