im pretty sure its not low gas in the tank of why it is dying down. if it is b/c your tank is low it would do it inside of 60ft mark when u launch hard off the line i know b/c mine used to do that. less than a 1/4 tank on nittos it would stop pulling all together then pick back up but in 1st gear. it will not ever slosh past pickups in 2nd gear much less 3rd. its not running on the other end b/c of so low timing and the a/f u mentioned. ill bet my bottom dollar on it.
