I think you are wrong. I did not have mine unplugged and every time between shifts @ WOT it will dump the boost and the truck will feel like it is stopping then go again. I don't know about the rev limiter part but I unplugged mine a while back and it does make a differance in performace in my opinion.

And it is free if you dont like it plug it back in....

Opps, doesn't work the same as bypass......

Bypass still allows for blead off of vaccume preasure when letting off WOT at high speeds, like when road racing. To just disconnect the bypass could result in high vaccume pressures at WOT shut down, those 130-160 MPH runs.
You drag racers are OK, you road racers are at risk.
