Just placed a 6# lower pulley on the other day and am only reading 10#s max on my autometer gauge. Before the 6# pulley my stock was making little over 9#s of boost w/ the airbox mod. So where's the Booost??? I am running no cats right now on my exhaust w/ a spintech catback. So could my exhaust be affecting the boost this much. I mean I know we need backpressure, but I shouldn't be losing that much. What would be the problem??? I checked the pulley and it is 9" in diameter. Shouldn't I be making around 14#s or so. The gauge works fine and all the lines are fine. So what would be causing this??? Heres a list of mods:

JL6# pulley
JDM Flip Chip
Boost Bypass
Airbox Mod w/KN filter

 

Did you take off the cats the same time you installed the pulley?

 

I would try to get Jim from JDM to look at your truck since he is in Texas for another week or so.
