i keep getting my chip reburned from rpm outlet.com, and every time that I get it back, my theft light flashes and wont start. The first time I got the chip from them, it worked fine, it was just running very rich, has anyone had this problem?!!

 

Haven't ever heard of that problem before. What kind of chip is it?

Your terminals are not clean! take the computer back out, open it up and clean it more. That is a typical problem with dirty terminals.

after installing the chip turn the key. The Theft Light should extinguish. If Not,
do not attempt to start.

If they reburned your chip for the wrong year Lightning the chip will not work.
I never heard of anyone having a chip burned by rpm outlet. You may want to rethink that decision as the chip is the Heart and Soul of these Trucks.
