Jeff, I spoke with Jeremy today. My Silver Bullet was finally shipped today. They had to finish them this weekend because Shawn will be gone for three weeks. My order was place July 26th!!!! I was told back then it would take 2 -3 weeks.

I have the two single muffler with X pipe JDM Silver bullet and recently made a 20 hour round trip. It is a little loud on long trips, but just right for my everyday driving. IMHO.

Hurray! I would assume they finished all of them then, and shipped them out today. That would be great, I am really looking forward to getting this on the truck and getting that nice loud sound!

I ordered my silver bullet exactly 3 weeks ago today(9/9/02) and it was supposed to be shipped today. I really don't mind waiting but didn't like the fact that every time i called them they said It would be shipped that day or the next. but hopefully its worth the wait, im in CT, so it should get here in a couple days UPS from NJ(you would think) if it was shipped today. I'm really itching to get this in along with the single program chip i ordered...i'll post back about the drone.

Guys just a thought...
I didn't want to chance the silver bullet, but I wanted something a little nasty. Jim (JDM) is making me a cat back with X-pipe, but instead of the bullets, he is using two small oval magnaflows. Just like on DonsBolt, except he did the full meal deal. I'll let ya'll know how it sounds as soon as its on.
(Sorry, there will be no sound clips, I'm a computer retard!)

Update! The shipping dept. here at work just called, my Silver Bullet is finally here! Looking quick inside the box, the quality of the unit is very good. Looks like they use a single Magnaflow muffler and their own pipes and tips. Also in the box was 2 big clamps/hanger units, a smaller bracket, and an instruction book... very detailed looking step-by-step instructions with lots of picture. Can hardly wait to get this baby installed, but that might have to wait a couple days.
So, hopefully all you other poor souls out there that have been waiting on delivery of your bullet should be happy soon!

I was wondering about that... didn't know there was a choice! On their website they only list one part number for a cat-back silver bullet exhaust system @ $525.00 plus $35.00 shipping.
If you order a full exhaust system from them I see you have a choice of mufflers. So, either they only sell the cat-back one way (single muffler), or they need to update their website. Either way, I finally got the darn thing after waiting over a month so I am just relieved at this point!

Yeah, you might want to call them.

The standard silver bullet is two magnaPACK mufflers, really loud.

The dual full-exhaust standard is two magnaFLOW mufflers, loud.

The quiet full-exhaust is standard one magnaFLOW (dual in/out), medium.

can't wait to hear your truck. Are you doing the install or having it done. A certain someone with the same name said i might not like the silver bullet, so maybe that is why you went with what you did. I'll need a new exhaust next year, mine is starting to get a little nasty underneath , but the tips are still shiny. Can't wait to here it.

Whoops!

You're right people, I got a chance to examine the exhaust system in detail last night. It IS 2 Magnaflow round mufflers welded together. Quality of the worksmanship is very good on all the parts. The tips are huge and awesome looking! I am trying to schedule some time in the next couple days to install. Perhaps I can get a camera borrowed and take some pics as well! So far, it looks like it was well worth the wait. I hope it's LOUD... I want to scare old ladies and make children cry ;-)
