Question Amount of boost w/6# lower pulley??

Just wondering how much boost you guys are getting w/ a 6#lower pulley. When first installed my stock gauge would just barely go past 10#. Well I just installed an Autometer boost gauge and it read just a little over 10#s. I'm mean I was getting 9#s with stock pulley. There are no leaks anywhere and yes I put thread sealant on the gauge. What gives. Here's a list of mods:

JL6# lower
JDM Flip Chip
Boost Bypass
Spintech Catback
Offroad Pipe

Simple,
Your leaking somewhere!

Now the question is where. It may be internal. That's a lot of boost to be loosing, and I would be a little concerned about it. There must be a way to test the system.

you should make sure you really have a 6lbs pulley......sometimes they can grab the wrong one and you'll be running a 2 lbs and scratching your head

Ok how big is a 6#'er? I assume we should be able to get a rough feeling by using a tape to measure it.

As far as just getting over 10 w/ a 6lber... that's about what I get (11lb). I believe this is because of my altitude.

I know that my brother went down to california in a turbo powerstroke and got 2lbs better when he got down there. Figure that's something I'll have to give up by living up here.

But I can run a 100 octain program up here on pump gas w/ no problem.
