i have a #8 lower and a#2 upper on my 99 with a bone stock bottom end. i have never had any detonation or any other problems. i have tried every size that has been made and my truck gets faster with every one. it is all in the tune of your chip. i have a buddy with a 2000 and he has a # 6 and a # 2 with no chip, truck is bone stock other than the pullies and it also runs great with no problems.

 

I just took out my #4 that I used with a 100 shot.

put a #10 in the, chip is in the mail getting reburned.

I guess I will be telling you real soon how things are going on the track.
