Im pretty sure that is just the stock Lightning Steering wheel painted. Since doglegs truck has been done up like that for a while and long before the Boss f150's came out.

You guys are sharp and remember everything. Yes, that is real carbon fiber on the wheel with leather as is the hand pull on the other door. This carbon fiber looks to have 1/4" of clear covering it and is beautiful in the day light.
