Hey Badazz,
Where did you get your billet door locks? I have not had any luck finding those.

Here is my inside,

I got the billet door-lock pins off e-bay. I think they were like 25 bucks. Search around there and you should be able to find them.

Hey Vin, do your door lock pins hang-up when unlocking the doors with the remote? Mine do, but I am kinda hoping that after a while the pins will wear the plastic inserts in the door down, so that they slide easier.

I was wondering the same thing guys, I have a set and the driver's door drags when opening. I also had Rich, thanks Tampa, do me up a set of carbon fiber trim rings to match the other goodies and they would not even function. Rich made the comment clearcoat was thick, guess I am going to have to play with the mod a little longer here.

Later

I took off those plastic trim rings when i was putting mine on because i noticed that they were getting hung up on there. Well i pop out the dremel and in a few seconds problem all gone . Now they dont hang-up and not only looks good but works good to.

Yeah, I figured I would have to file them down, but was hoping that they would "wear"
You know how lazy us Silver Lightning owners are

Showya, I was thinking the carbon-fiber thing too, but you made me forget it

Awww Gator, come on now buddy. They looked awesome, Rich even made the comment. They just need a little Blue Oval modification is all.

They were well worth the effort for sure!

dogleg,
isn't that the Boss 5.4 steering wheel??? That's a little too much yellow for my taste, but it's your truck and the only person who has to like it is you.

Im pretty sure that is just the stock Lightning Steering wheel painted. Since doglegs truck has been done up like that for a while and long before the Boss f150's came out.

I didnt even notice the carbon fiber part. But i know that its nothing off of the Boss F-150 because doglegs interior has been like that well before they ever came out.
