Would a Lightning running a 1.88 60' time and a 12.0 in the 1/4 count if it was done on 22's with 285/30/22 for tires?

Here is the video if it works and I will get a picture of my timeslip right up for you. You can show him this was done on ruberbands and these trucks will run much better on the F1's, so this should quiet him done some.
