Plaque on air box

Does anyone know if ford sells the red plaque on top of our air cleaner box? If so, part # and $

I tried to buy one and the parts guy couldn't find a part number. He thinks you have to buy the whole airbox

This topic has come up several times since the Gen 2 introduction in 1999. The plaque isn't available separately and the entire airbox is something like $200.00 or thereabouts.
