Just saw at Edmunds. Financing from 3.9 to 5.9 financing or $500 rebate. Funny thing is there is no special financing or incentives for 02 lightnings.

I am pretty sure there is no rebate on a 03 Cobra,i just bought one yesterday and they never said anything about it.Almost everyone is paying sticker or more for these cars.

Check the incentives area at Edmunds, they specifically list the 03 Cobras with a $500 rebate

hmmm, not to argue, but Ford website or Edmunds?

I wish they had rebates on SVT vehicles! All they have ever had was good financing after Sept. 11 last year.

maybe Edmunds is giving rebates on Cobras HAHA

Ford on the other hand is not.

Why would they? Most of the ones already built and being built are already sold or spoken for. It is a BRAND NEW COBRA with unbelievable performance so it is VERY high demand. Why would they need to offer incentives to sell these?

SVT is almost always excluded unless occasionally it's last years model like in '01 when there way too many '01 Ls left sitting on lots across the country they offered 0%, but that is the only time I've heard of. and again, they were having trouble selling those trucks, they certainly aren't having any trouble finding buyers for the new Cobra.

later,
chris

Dealer says no rebate but the next time I'm in their I will show them the Edmunds web site. Probably won't do any good.

Brasil, you are depressing me with your optimism...

On the other hand, I hope you are right.

One thing I'll say after working of the dealership level for the last 15 years is that the dealers are the last to know anything. We are even online directly to Ford's internal site and we found out about the latest Navigator tire recall the day after it was announced via the media. The number of hits on Ford's site was so large they shut it down (or it crashed perhaps) and they open another sit specifically for the Conti recall.

BTW the rebate on the regular Mustangs and GT is $2500 or 0% for 60 months so maybe they are offering some kind of incentive of the Cobra.

As for me I'll stick with my old white 01L and enjoy my 0.9% financing .
